Are you a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a full-time role where you can make a meaningful impact? Join our dedicated team at National Therapy Center and help children achieve their full potential through evidence-based behavior analysis services in both Maryland and DC.

Newly licensed BCBAs are encouraged to apply, and those waiting to take the exam in the next 6 months.

Your Role:

As a BCBA, you'll be crucial in providing engaging and effective behavior analysis services to children in Maryland and DC. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices.

  • Implementing behavior intervention plans and providing direct services to children to help them achieve their goals.

  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

  • Providing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Maintaining organized and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

  • Ensuring that all services are delivered in compliance with applicable regulations and ethical guidelines.

  • Maintaining a minimum of 10 billable hours per week, ensuring a consistent and manageable workload.

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
