BCBA Clinical Supervisor Hybrid $5000 Sign On Bonus

Job Summary:

Big Dreamers ABA, a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team in Bowie, MD and surrounding areas. As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in this hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to work 75% remotely while enjoying a strong administrative support system.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs)

  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed

  • Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care

  • Maintain compliance with Maryland and insurance requirements
