Position Overview:
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Comprehensive Disability Services, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention programs for individuals with disabilities. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, caregivers, and other professionals, to develop comprehensive treatment plans aimed at improving behavior, communication, and adaptive skills. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, analyzing data, and providing ongoing support and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members. Additionally, you will serve as a resource for families and caregivers, offering guidance, training, and support to promote effective strategies for managing challenging behaviors and promoting positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
