Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team in York, PA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing top-tier Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

  • Conduct assessments, behavioral skills training, and data analysis to measure treatment progress

  • Collaborate with other professionals, including Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and service delivery

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
