Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Coatesville School District working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU).

$5,000 - Sign on bonus:

  • Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
  • Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire.

Pay - $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certification (independent contractor / 1099).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
  • Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
  • Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
  • Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
  • Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
