Job description

Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Tulsa, OK

Setting: Clinic-based

Population Served: Children 3-12


What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Lead the clinical team in a center-based program serving ages 3–12, overseeing high-quality programming, goal writing, and behavior intervention plans (PBIPs).
  • Provide strong in-clinic leadership and mentorship through modeling, feedback, and training for RBTs, apprentices, and early-career BCBAs, fostering a calm, structured, learning-focused environment.
  • Manage and grow a clinic currently serving 12 children supported by 14 RBTs, with a goal of scaling to 30–40 children by the end of 2026.
  • Work in a tech-forward organization that leverages modern tools to streamline reporting and support contemporary ABA practices.
