What do we seek?

The Catering Sales Manager is a dynamic, results-driven professional responsible for generating catering revenue while delivering an exceptional, high-touch client experience. This individual plays a key role in driving sales performance through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and flawless execution of events, all while upholding elevated service standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted catering sales strategies to drive revenue growth across social, corporate, and group segments
  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, event planners, and key community contacts
  • Identify new business opportunities while effectively managing and expanding existing accounts
  • Conduct site tours, client meetings, and presentations with a polished, detail-oriented approach that reflects the organizationโ€™s standards
  • Collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and banquet teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of events
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and event details, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations and revenue goals
  • Monitor sales activity, track performance metrics, and stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape
  • Represent the organization at networking events, industry functions, and client engagements to build brand awareness and generate leads
  • Ensure all client interactions reflect professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences
  • Support negotiations and contract execution to maximize revenue while maintaining client satisfaction
