Location: Dundee, Florida (Polk County)
School: Dundee Elementary

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and dependable After-School Cheer & Dance Instructors to lead exciting cheerleading and dance enrichment programs for elementary-aged students at Dundee Elementary in Dundee, FL.

If you love cheer, dance, movement, and inspiring children through fun and engaging activities, we'd love to hear from you. Whether you're a cheer coach, dance instructor, former cheerleader, teacher, college student, or someone with experience working with youth, this is a rewarding opportunity to help children stay active while building confidence and teamwork.

Position Details

  • Part-time, after-school position
  • Monday through Friday
  • Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM
  • 1.5-hour sessions
  • $45 per session ($30 per hour)
  • No weekends
  • No lesson planning required
  • Curriculum, music, and equipment provided

  • Comfortable working with students in grades K–5
  • Reliable transportation to Dundee Elementary in Dundee, FL
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Must successfully complete the required Polk County Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process
