• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and a non-judgmental approach.
• Proficiency in managing time effectively and staying organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple client cases seamlessly.

Bayview Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
