Spa Front Desk Concierge

The Spa Front Desk Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for guests at Bayside Spa & Fitness. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through professional reception services, appointment coordination, and retail support, including occasional coverage at the Tennis Retail Boutique.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about hospitality, wellness, and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily opening and closing of spa and fitness facilities in accordance with established procedures
  • Greet guests and facilitate seamless check-in and check-out experiences
  • Schedule, modify, and cancel spa and fitness appointments with accuracy
  • Promote and recommend services, packages, and retail items through effective upselling and cross-selling
  • Provide detailed knowledge of spa treatments, fitness classes, retail offerings, and facility amenities
  • Maintain awareness of service contraindications and product knowledge
  • Conduct facility tours and assist guests with general inquiries
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

Required

  • Previous customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer proficiency and math skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills
  • Ability to anticipate and meet guest needs in a service-focused environment

Preferred

  • Experience in a spa, fitness, hospitality, or wellness setting
