Job Summary As a Clinic Charge Registered Nurse, you'll use your expertise to streamline patient care. Your role supports our mission and goals. Your nursing processes assess patients and address health concerns. You create and monitor care plans, tracking patient progress. Your role includes understanding patient needs and helping them navigate healthcare smoothly. Essential Functions of the Role Conduct detailed clinical assessments following standard procedures, focusing on patient and family needs, then creating, executing, and assessing care plans. Systematically examining and improving nursing practices, and earnestly participating in quality improvement initiatives. Creating a secure and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and Key Success Factors Familiarity with standard nursing practices and patient care procedures.
