What is a Baylor Program CNA?

What does a typical weekend schedule look like for a Baylor Program CNA, and how does it differ from traditional CNA shifts?

A Baylor Program CNA typically works longer shifts on weekends, often 12-hour days on both Saturday and Sunday, but is compensated as if they worked full-time hours. This unique schedule is designed to provide consistent staffing during high-need periods while offering CNAs more days off during the week. While the weekend shifts can be demanding due to higher patient loads, many find the trade-off of extended time off appealing.
