Bayless Integrated Mental Healthcare Pte. Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team. This full-time position offers mental health professionals an exceptional opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our diverse patient population. The annual compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ unique experiences, utilizing diagnostic tools and evidence-based practices to create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, specifically adapted for the cultural backgrounds of each patient.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, engaging clients to address their mental health issues, fostering resilience, and promoting overall well-being.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop a cohesive treatment strategy, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention support for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and appropriate therapeutic approaches to stabilize situations.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate reporting.
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training to enhance collaborative care and improve personal skills continuously.
• Stay informed on the latest research, best practices, and cultural considerations in mental health therapy to provide cutting-edge care to your patients.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with these populations to understand their unique challenges and support their journey toward healing. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent in California.
• Strong commitment to providing culturally competent care and sensitivity to socio-cultural factors affecting mental health.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to fit the unique needs and preferences of a diverse patient population.

• Previous experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with multicultural and marginalized communities.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a strong understanding of integration practices in mental health care.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and experience with telehealth platforms are desirable.
