Title: Account Manager - BayCare Health System
Responsibilities:
  • The Account Manager - BayCare Health System is responsible for increasing business by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Identifies new customers through targeted sales/cold calls and manages existing relationships to maximize business opportunity and support the organization's volume and revenue goals.
  • Acts as liaison between leadership, operations and clients to maintain or increase business, resolve issues and/or remove obstacles to business growth.
  • Must have strong communication skills, including persuasive and educational writing and speaking.
  • Must have strategic and critical thinking skills and ability to analyze market/trend reports.
  • Performs a variety of customer service and program or service education on behalf of the organization.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience:
  • Required - 2 years healthcare or business to business sales

  • Previous Experience in Laboratory and/or Health Sales is strongly preferred
