MNI Holding Company owns and operates Renegade Insulation, The Guttersmith Inc, Spring Valley Insulation, Renegade of Atlanta, West Coast Insulation and GI Building Products.  All locations provide Installation of Insulation, Rain Gutters, Cabinets and other items in Residential and Commercial Construction. Current Markets include greater Atlanta, San Diego, Los Angeles, Bay Area, Las Vegas, Phoenix & Palm Coast Florida.  MNI is growing rapidly both organically and via Mergers & Acquisition throughout the Country.
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Administrative Assistant for our Boynton Beach / Deerfield location. The responsibilities and tasks of the Administrative Assistant will include, but not limited to, daily invoicing, accounts receivable payment application, inventory reconciliation and answering the phones. The ideal candidate will be well organized and competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They must work well with others. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office manager ensures smooth running of our company’s office and contributes to driving rapid and sustainable growth. 


Candidates must have experience with:

  • Customer billing and accounts receivable payment application
  • Inventory reconciliation
  • Filling and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize work and communicate prioritization.
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Bilingual a plus
