Overview

Somnia Anesthesia | Great Culture | Top Comp - $600K Package | Attractive Case Mix

Lead a collaborative, clinician-driven team at our multi-specialty outpatient surgery center site. As Medical Director, you’ll shape care delivery, support team development, and ensure a thriving, collegial environment that values excellence, growth, and balance.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Relocation Allowance if relocating from out of State or area
  • M-F (50 hours-per week)
  • No call
Practice Environment:
  • Same Day Surgery Case mix: GI/Endo- 4,800 cases annually, Surgical- 4,600 cases annually, including General, Ortho, Uro, Plastics, etc.
  • Work Schedule: M-F, 7a-5p daily, up to 10hr days, 50hr weeks, often done earlier
  • MD capable of managing up to 6-7 rooms daily; typically, 3-4 ORs and 2-3 GI rooms in a hybrid Medical Direction / CRNA Independent practice model
  • Participate in ASC management meetings and administrative work as needed, including policy development, quality reviews, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed in MI or eligible for licensure
  • Board Certification
  • ACLS | PALS | BLS
