Job description

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay: $23.00–$30.00 per hour

Schedule: Friday–Sunday

At Bauer's, you'll operate modern luxury shuttle vehicles while serving professionals, corporate clients, educational institutions, government agencies, and special events. What You'll Do

  • Safely transport passengers while providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Operate company shuttle vehicles in compliance with all California and Federal DOT regulations.
  • Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your vehicle is clean, safe, and ready for service.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules under the direction of the Operations team.
  • Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.
  • Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent Bauer's with courtesy and professionalism at all times.


What We're Looking For

  • Valid California Class B CDL
  • Passenger Endorsement (Required)
  • Air Brake Endorsement (Preferred)
  • At least one year of commercial driving experience
  • Current DOT Medical Card
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
  • Ability to work Friday through Sunday, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to bend, kneel, twist, stand, and climb when assisting passengers or securing equipment
