Work Environment

This full-time position is an onsite role, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with your patients at our facility. Operating Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, you will be a vital part of our team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Our onsite setup allows for continuous interaction and support, facilitating the best outcomes for our patients' rehabilitation journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique abilities and therapy requirements.
  • Manage a patient load of one patient per hour, delivering quality care while minimizing wait times.
  • Utilize a variety of treatment techniques to optimize movement, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
  • Develop cost-effective treatment options that focus on improving mobility and utilization of non-surgical solutions when applicable.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to measure treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to promote ongoing progress.
  • Document all services provided, ensuring a comprehensive and accurate patient care record.
  • Provide motivation, support, and education to patients to promote adherence to their rehabilitation programs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teammates to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
