You'll spend most of your day driving your assigned route and working hands-on with customers, delivering and maintaining battery stock while providing exceptional customer service. The role involves frequent lifting, loading, and the safe use of manual handling equipment to ensure timely deliveries and proper battery handling. As the face of the company in the field, you'll build strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance services.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts through reliable, consistent service.
  • Deliver, stock, and pick up batteries at customer locations according to the established route schedule.
  • Provide customers with information on battery offerings, marketing materials including product features and benefits.
  • Recommend other FMP products based on customer needs.
  • Handle battery cores and paperwork accurately and by company standards.
  • Represent Factory Motor Parts with professionalism, safety, and reliability on every stop.
