Job Description:

Job Summary:

MPS is looking for a candidate with a strong precision analog/mixed signal background who can lead the development of the next state of the art Battery Management products. This candidate will work closely with analog, digital, layout and other technical stakeholders to ensure that the product/system is capable of meeting desired technical and business requirements . In addition, the ideal candidate will also act as a hands-on individual contributor with ownership of analog blocks.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinates top level and block development
  • Ensure product development adheres to consistent standards and schedules
  • Ability to translate system level requirement into detail block level operating specifications
  • Ability to own and drive transistor level design
  • Drive top level and DFT simulations
  • Participates in the entire product development cycle, from product definition through qualification.

Qualifications:

  • BSEE / MSEE with 10+ years of experience
  • Precision analog/mixed signal circuit design experience
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Cadence Analog and Mixed Signal Tool Suite, JAMA, GIT
  • Prior experience with system Verilog or similar modeling is desired
  • Demonstrate ability to successfully bring products to market
  • Good verbal and written skills
