Job description

FindTalent is seeking an experienced Construction Manager โ€“ BESS to oversee field operations for large-scale Battery Energy Storage System construction projects. This role is suited for a hands-on leader with a strong background in utility, renewable energy, or energy storage construction. The Construction Manager will direct on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage project execution from mobilization through commissioning, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project expectations.

The ideal candidate brings extensive field leadership experience, strong technical acumen, and the ability to scale workforce needs as project demands increase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily field operations across all phases of BESS construction, ensuring safe and productive site activities.

  • Manage, schedule, and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment.

  • Support workforce scaling by identifying and onboarding additional qualified personnel as project staffing grows.
