Role Description


We are seeking a hands-on, technically skilled superstar to join our advanced battery manufacturing team and help build the next generation of domestic energy production! We heavily believe in investing in the growth of our team members. If you are a technically skilled person but don't have battery experience, we are happy to provide training!



Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed logs of printer status, maintenance history, and performance metrics
  • Provide feedback to the engineering team on printer design improvements 
  • Prepare process equipment & materials prior to production runs
  • Perform thorough daily cleaning and maintenance of process equipment
  • Document process equipment performance for continued process improvement
  • Assemble and test prototype battery designs
  • Handle and store materials according to safety and material property requirements
  • Help prepare standard operating procedures for equipment operation, chemical handling, and facility
  • Document daily operations, equipment status, and process observations
  • Suggest process improvements based on operational experience

  • Ability to work in fast moving environments and pivot when necessary

Nice To Have:

  • Experience in production/manufacturing is a huge plusExperience in precision manufacturing or battery/materials processing

Working Conditions:

  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, manual dexterity for fine assembly, lifting equipment components (up to 50 lbs)
  • Schedule: Standard full-time hours with occasional weekend availability for equipment issues
