Job description

Senior CIVIL ENGINEER
Halff is seeking a Senior Florida Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or certified Engineer Intern (EI) to join our growing team in Panama City Beach. The position will involve participating in a broad variety of civil assignments including residential and commercial site development, municipal design, potable water, sanitary and storm sewer design, roadway design and other civil design for public and private sector clients as well as grow personally and professionally with a diverse and multi-disciplined firm. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has the willingness and ability to strengthen and develop relationships with clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years of Public Works and/or Site Development experience
  • Professional Engineer license (PE), or capable of obtaining within 6 months
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Stormwater modeling experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Project Management experience a plus
