Job description

Bath Tune-Up is growing at an exciting pace! We’re seeking dedicated team members to join our team and complete bathroom remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are seeking career-minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career. 

As a Bathroom Remodeler, you will report to the Project Manager, and work on a team to safely and efficiently install showers, baths, vanities, and more on small to large scale projects. 


About the Role

Bath Tune-Up is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bathroom Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in delivering high-quality bathroom remodels with professionalism, precision, and excellent customer service. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy working on a variety of remodeling projects, we’d love to hear from you.


Responsibilities

  • Perform demolition of existing bathroom components safely and efficiently
  • Install new bathroom fixtures, vanities, showers, tubs, flooring, and tile
  • Experience with installing different shower wall materials from tile to wall panel systems
  • Light electrical
  • Plumbing for shower and sink hook ups
  • Conduct painting and finishing work to meet Bath Tune-Up standards
  • Complete drywall and Sheetrock repairs as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Follow company processes and timelines to deliver projects on schedule

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • English as a first language (for safety and communication purposes)
  • Proven experience in bathroom remodeling or related trades
  • Strong knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing connections, and finishing techniques
  • Competence in:
    • Demo work
    • Installation (fixtures, flooring, etc.)
    • Painting
    • Sheetrock repair and finishing
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces as needed
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience working in residential remodeling or construction
  • Familiarity with Bath Tune-Up or similar remodeling systems

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay: $25–$45/hour depending on experience
