Rapid Bath Remodel is currently seeking an experienced Bathroom Remodeler / Installer to join our growing team in the Phoenix, Arizona area. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and are committed to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
As a Bathroom Remodeler, you will be responsible for installing tubs, showers, wall surrounds, fixtures, and completing bathroom remodeling projects in residential homes. Our installers represent our company in customersโ€™ homes, so professionalism and strong communication skills are essential. Prior experience in acrylic wall systems highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Install tubs, showers, wall systems, and bathroom fixtures
  • Perform demolition and preparation for new installations
  • Ensure installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • DOCUMENT ALL STERPS FROM START TO FINISH AND PROVIDE REGULAR PHOTOGRAPHIC UPDATES TO OUR INTERNAL SUPPORT STAFF.
