The Production Administrative Batching Assistant supports manufacturing operations by preparing production documentation, generating work instructions, and coordinating administrative processes that keep production running efficiently. This role serves as a key link between office and production teams, ensuring work orders, production packets, and system records are accurate, organized, and available to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you will do:

Production Documentation & Batching

  • Create and organize production packets, work orders, labels, drawings, and assembly instructions to support manufacturing operations
  • Generate and distribute production documentation required for equipment operation and workflow execution
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of production paperwork before release to the production floor
  • Maintain and update work order status and production records within company systems

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support to production leadership and operations teams
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and production tracking activities
  • Monitor documentation flow to ensure production schedules and priorities are supported
  • Maintain organized production records and filing systems

Inventory & Material Coordination

  • Monitor office and production-related supply inventories and coordinate replenishment as needed
  • Support inventory tracking and reporting activities
  • Assist with maintaining accurate production and material records

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between office personnel and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Coordinate with supervisors and team members to address documentation or scheduling needs
