Shift: 6:00AM to 3:30PM | Monday to Friday (Saturdays as needed)

We are seeking a Batching Operator. This person will be responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and preparing raw materials according to production formulas or recipes. This role ensures product consistency, quality, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Measure and weigh raw materials according to batch specifications

· Operate batching equipment such as mixers, scales, and control systems

· Follow production formulas, recipes, or mix designs precisely

· Monitor batching processes to ensure consistency and quality

· Record batch data, including quantities, times, and any deviations

· Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of batching area
