Job description

GL Staffing is seeking a reliable Batch Maker/Compounder to join our cosmetics manufacturing team. In this role, you will prepare and mix cosmetic products by following batch formulas, accurately measuring raw materials, operating mixing equipment, and maintaining quality and safety standards.


Location: Miami Gardens, FL

Pay Rate: $18–$21 per hour depending on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM


Responsibilities:

  • Weigh and mix ingredients according to batch records
  • Operate and clean mixing equipment
  • Monitor production processes and document batch information
  • Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

  • Previous batch making, compounding, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
