Position Overview

We are looking for an ITS Helpdesk Engineer to deliver high-quality technical support for employees across North, Central, and South America.

This position is based full-time in our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office and supports a diverse user base, including corporate employees, manufacturing sites, and executive leadership.

This role is best suited for someone who combines excellent customer service with strong technical troubleshooting skills. In addition to resolving daily desktop support issues, the successful candidate will have a solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts and Microsoft technologies, allowing them to identify, troubleshoot, and escalate more complex technical issues when necessary.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment while maintaining professionalism and providing outstanding support to users at every level of the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user technical support through walk-up assistance, phone, email, and remote sessions.
  • Provide executive-level (white-glove) IT support while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, printer, and network connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations, peripheral devices, printers, and business applications.
  • Support Windows imaging processes, software deployment, device drivers, and operating system configurations.
  • Diagnose enterprise network issues involving IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN connectivity, and related infrastructure components.
  • Support Microsoft technologies including Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
  • Investigate recurring technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions whenever possible.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Systems, and Network teams to resolve escalated technical incidents.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for support activities, hardware inventory, and technical procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvements, knowledge base development, and additional IT initiatives as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience providing Help Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Support within a corporate enterprise environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to support employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, and common enterprise software.
  • Experience troubleshooting workstation, application, and network connectivity issues.
  • Ability to analyze technical problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executive leadership or C-level users.
  • Familiarity with scripting tools such as PowerShell or Batch scripting.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise user management.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft AZ-900, or equivalent.
  • Korean/English bilingual ability is preferred but not required.
