Syntricate Technologies is seeking an Oracle Taleo Lead to support their client with Oracle Taleo Connect Client (TCC) integrations. The role involves developing scripts, providing client support, and ensuring efficient system operations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and modify TCC integration scripts, understanding complex requirements and defining technical solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned work, demonstrating accountability and ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide support to clients on Oracle Taleo Connect Client (TCC), ensuring smooth functioning of scheduled batch processes on Linux servers and resolving encountered errors.
• Develop and modify existing shell script jobs to meet evolving requirements and maintain efficient system operations.
• Work independently while effectively synchronizing with the team to maintain project coherence and progress.
• Utilize expertise in Oracle Taleo Connect Client, including knowledge of Net change, import and export scripts, XSL transformation, TCC custom steps, and complex projections.
• Exposure to Oracle Taleo Enterprise Recruiting and Onboarding modules, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of Taleo functionalities.
• Develop TCC integrations using TCC tool, understanding subqueries, filters, and complex projections for optimized system performance.
