Job description

Relevant Experience: 8+ Years

Required Skills:

  • Expert-level knowledge of writing complex SQL queries using Oracle. 

  • Expert-level knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, packages, triggers) 

  • Strong working experience in ETL tools like Informatica (Power Center) - Preferred.

  • Working experience in scripting and automation using Unix, Python in a Data Engineering environment. 

  • Extensive experience with Relational Databases like Oracle including being able to implement performance tuning techniques. 

  • Strong working knowledge of Data warehousing patterns and Dimensional Modelling techniques using Oracle. 

  • Experience building scalable patterns for data integration in a cloud-based as well as on-prem environments.

  • Working knowledge of Batch scheduling tools like Control-M, Autosys.

  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as OBIEE/OAS. 

  • Working experience using GitHUB for Source Code Management (SCM) in a Data Engineering Practice.
