Help transform raw inputs into high‑performance adhesives on our Hotmelt lines. We’re hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift and offer shift differential pay.

What you’ll do
  • Read work orders/formulas to determine materials, sequence, and process steps.
  • Weigh ingredients precisely, adjust to target weights, and charge vessels in order.
  • Start and observe machines, stop for issues, and alert the supervisor to malfunctions.
  • Log batch time/temperature and maintain accurate records (weights, product type, dates, batch numbers).
  • Transfer staged materials to production/storage and keep perpetual inventory current with drum markings and scans.
  • Inspect materials, in-process product, and containers at each step.
  • Cross-train across the production line; clean area, tools, machines, and equipment; perform other duties as needed.
