Job description

Objetivo del puesto

El objetivo principal es dar servicio al negocio existente, tanto en sus operaciones como en sus finanzas, mientras se mantiene una buena relacion con los clientes actuales y se establecen nuevos clientes donde sea posible.

Tareas y responsabilidades esenciales
  • Responsable de toda la limpieza basica
  • La limpieza de banos incluye reponer el papel higienico y otros dispensadores, vaciar la basura, limpiar y desinfectar los accesorios, limpiar espejos, puertas y paredes de los tabiques, barrer y trapear los pisos de ceramica y limpiar los inodoros y urinarios
  • Correr los muebles, pasar la aspiradora, volver a poner los muebles en su lugar, vaciar la basura y poner bolsas nuevas
  • Revisar todos los contenedores de basura antes de moverlos
  • La limpieza incluye eliminar el polvo con una mopa, pasar una mopa humeda, barrer, pasar la aspiradora, sacar chicles, quitar el polvo, recoger objetos grandes del piso y limpiar las manchas de los vidrios
  • Realizar tareas adicionales segun sea necesario, incluido prestar atencion a las areas inundadas, derrames ocasionales y trabajos de limpieza relacionados con problemas de basura y banos.
  • Reaprovisionar carritos y armarios al final de cada turno
Conocimientos y habilidades requeridos
  • Diploma de escuela secundaria
  • Experiencia minima de 1 ano
  • Muy buenas habilidades de comunicacion
  • Estar dispuesto a trabajar las horas asignadas

Exigencias fisicas y entorno de trabajo:

  • Debe poder agacharse, inclinarse, subir y extender los brazos hacia arriba
  • Debe poder levantar, mover y usar envases con agua, liquidos de limpieza y agentes germicidas
  • Debe poder levantar y usar el trapeador humedo y otros equipos de limpieza
  • Trabajar al aire libre en todas las condiciones climaticas cambiantes de la zona geografica
  • Estar de pie o caminar, sentarse, agacharse o arrodillarse
