Challenger Sports is owned and operated by some of the most experienced soccer people in the country and our team of 9 offices and 100 full time staff now provides a comprehensive range of Soccer services and products:
Academy Coach Role

Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams & players whilst following a set Challenger curriculum. This role will mainly involve.
 
  • Coaching weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-16 years old) on Saturdays.
  • Delivering high quality sessions with enthusiasm, patience and professionalism.
  • Scheduling: follow your schedule & be adaptable for any changes based on incremental weather.
  • 9am-11am, 2pm-4pm weekly on Saturdays.
Experience within Soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery is desirable. 
Compensation 

$35 gross per hour, lunch and gas included.
Location

Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1hr radius of your home.
Times

The sessions will be in the evenings Mon to Fri & during the day on weekends.
Requirements

Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
Must have experience working with children.
All staff must pass a rigorous background check.  
The vast majority of positions require your own transport. 
Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
