Familiarity with digital radiography equipment, Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), and radiation safety protocols is essential. They are responsible for operating X-ray equipment, positioning patients, and ensuring that high-quality images are produced for diagnostic purposes. Basic Xray Machine Operators typically work in clinics, urgent care centers, or physician offices.
