Role Description The Machine Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Arlington, TN. In this role, the Machine Operator sets up, operates, and monitors CNC machines and related equipment according to production specifications. Daily responsibilities include loading materials, performing basic machine adjustments, and checking parts for accuracy and quality throughout the production run.
