Required Skills:
5+ years of IT Business system analyst experiences
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, document complex business process and design using flowcharting techniques and prototype development tools
Proven ability to document requirements; defines scopes and objective, configure and implement new systems and/or enhance existing systems
Evaluating customer technical needs, determines requirements, and recommends solutions; plans, designs, builds, customizes, tests, implements, maintains and/or enhances a variety of hardware and/or software systems
Ability to create basic SQL statements to extract and analyze data
Basic project management principles and techniques such as organizing and managing a project, developing schedules, identifying critical paths, and breaking down a project into individual tasks
Responsible for creating reports and data validation based on customer requirements
Strong Customer orientation skill; Ability to be the primary client interface on assigned projects; reviews recommendations with clients and receives approval to proceed; reviews final outcomes with the client and obtains their sign off that all work has been conducted in accordance with client requirements.
Document, develop and revise system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to communicate clearly and precisely with end users, developers, and other IT teams, and attention to detail
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; must create effective requirements documents and review them with key project stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
Desired Skills:
Experience programming SQL queries to pull data with SQL reporting
Experience with Azure DevOps/agile methodology; Sprint planning the epic stories, use cases, and tasks
Experience in Access, Excel (Advanced), Visio, and MS Project.
Experience working for/with government agencies.
Experience in Windows environments is preferred.
Basic understanding of networking principles.
