Schedule: Day, Swing, and Night Shifts Available

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Metrology Operator (Intermediate) for an exciting opportunity with a leading manufacturing organization. If you have experience in manufacturing, machine operation, quality inspection, or production environments and are looking to grow your career, we want to hear from you!

This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced equipment, support quality-critical operations, and contribute to the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate metrology and manufacturing equipment following established procedures and work instructions.
  • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on products and components.
  • Collect, record, and maintain accurate inspection and production data.
  • Identify quality concerns, process deviations, and equipment issues.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
QualificationsRequired:
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or quality inspection.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and specifications.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience with metrology, inspection, or measurement equipment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and processes.
  • Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
