In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic concerns, developing individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting treatment outcomes and modifying care plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies, proper body mechanics, and post-treatment care to promote lasting health improvements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, attending interdisciplinary meetings to discuss complex cases.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and seminars, staying updated with the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our patient population includes a diverse range of individuals, such as children and adults, who require targeted therapeutic approaches to regain functionality and enhance their quality of life.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy with a strong understanding of relevant state and federal regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with electronic healthcare records and documentation practices.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of patients and the treatment environment.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
