Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of digital marketing initiatives for the Arcade1Up brand across social media, influencer outreach, PR, community engagement, email marketing, SMS, and ecommerce marketing channels. This role will report directly to Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with internal teams, agency partners, creators, and retail partners to help drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for the Arcade1Up brand.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organized, digitally savvy, passionate about electronic gaming and pop culture, and eager to grow within a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Social Media Execution - support day-to-day management of Arcade1Up social channels including content scheduling, publishing, copywriting, community management, and trend monitoring across Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
  • Community Engagement & Social Listening/Monitoring - actively engage with the Arcade1Up fan community across social media, forums, Discord, Reddit, livestreams, and other enthusiast channels to foster brand loyalty and conversation. Active auditing and reporting on all social channels/platforms for relevant posts, chatter, UGC, for Arcade1Up and the competitive set.
  • Influencer Outreach - assist with identifying, onboarding, and managing the communication/activities influencers, creators, streamers, and brand ambassadors for campaigns, product launches, activations, and ongoing partnerships.
  • PR Coordination - support media outreach efforts, press materials, product seeding, and communication with PR agencies and media contacts to help generate buzz around launches, activations and announcements.
  • Email & SMS Marketing - help build and execute email and SMS campaigns including promotional blasts, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Campaign Support - assist in coordinating digital campaigns across ecommerce, paid media, social, influencer, and retail initiatives to ensure brand alignment across channels.
  • Content Coordination - collaborate with creative, product development, and brand marketing teams to gather assets, organize content calendars, secure alignment among the cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Trendspotting & Competitive Research - stay up to date on gaming culture, retro entertainment trends, creator content, and competitor activity to help inform marketing opportunities.
  • Reporting & Analytics - track campaign performance, social metrics, influencer results, email performance, and community engagement insights to support ongoing optimization.
  • Team Collaboration - work cross-functionally with brand marketing, ecommerce, sales, licensing, creative, and agency partners to support successful product launches and brand activations and initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills, knowledge, and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, PR, community management, or related field.
  • Passion for gaming, retro culture, pop culture, social media, and digital communities.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and internet culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting ability.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, social scheduling tools, influencer coordination, or community management tools is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with an eagerness to learn and contribute ideas.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize workload with urgency being a core value.
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, as needed.

Full-time on-site position located at our company's headquarter offices in Boca Raton, Florida.

For this reason, we work in the office Monday through Thursday. We have chosen Friday as our weekly optional remote workday as we believe it to be the day that is most beneficial and effective for Basic Fun! and our employees.
