We are currently seeking a full-time Paramedic for our North Boone Fire District #3 contract. The base annual starting pay is $73,216.

The basic function of theย Paramedic/Firefighter is to provide medical care and transportation for a patient at theย Paramedic/Firefighter (EMT-P) level, within their scope of practice, as stipulated by Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and/or EMS Commission of Illinois.ย ย ย 

Qualifications

Paramedic Qualifications:

  • Paramedic Licenseย 
  • 1 year experience- preferredย ย 
  • Basic Operations Firefighter certification- preferredย 
  • CPR Certifiedย ย 
  • 21 Years of age
