Job description


AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced Records Clerk for a local facility in Tyler, TX.  The Records Clerk is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and updating company or organizational records. This role ensures that files and documents are accurately stored, easily accessible, and kept confidential when necessary. The Records Clerk supports daily administrative operations by managing both physical and electronic records efficiently.

$16-$17 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, organize, and update physical and electronic records and files.

  • Scan, file, and retrieve documents as requested by staff or management.

  • Ensure records are properly labeled, archived, and stored according to company policies.

  • Verify accuracy and completeness of documents before filing.

  • Assist with data entry and record updates in internal systems.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Respond to requests for records and provide documents in a timely manner.

  • Dispose of outdated records according to retention policies.

  • Support general administrative and clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:
