About the Role:
Affordable Auto Sales of Michigan is looking to add to our growing team!
We are looking for a candidate for a full time sales position. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phones, showing vehicles, preparing sales paperwork, and customer satisfaction.
Preferably 1 year or more of sales experience, Required. Must have a valid drivers license.
Must have basic computer skills such as using a web browser, Google Docs, Google Sheets, scan, copy, and fax. General vehicle knowledge is a plus.
Our dealership is open 9:30am-6:30pm M-F and 11am-3pm Saturday.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert guidance on our diverse inventory of used vehicles.
  • Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features effectively.
  • Assist in negotiating sales and closing deals to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and vehicle specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
