What You'll Do
- Safely load and unload process equipment and materials.
- Operate process equipment to produce material that meets customer specifications.
- Operate a forklift and follow proper material handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate batch and run documentation to support lot integrity.
- Monitor equipment, identify issues, and support troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with housekeeping standards.
- Follow all safety, health, environmental, and site procedures.
- Actively participate in safety meetings, incident investigations, hazard recognition, and EHS activities.
- Support responsible waste management and environmental compliance activities.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or similar hands-on environment preferred.
- Forklift operating experience preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to follow procedures, document work accurately, and communicate effectively with team members.
