Starting Pay: $21.50 + Shift Differential of $.75 for 2nd Shift and $1.00 for 3rd Shift

As a Production Technician you will...
  • Load and unload process equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Operate process equipment to maintain product within customer specifications.
  • Operate a forklift.
  • Lift 50lbs & work in hot or cold environments.
  • Maintain lot integrity by keeping accurate batch/run sheets.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting of equipment.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED Preferred (you will be required to obtain one with tuition assistance from BASF before moving to any other role at BASF)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience operating a forklift.

The competitive Starting Pay Rate for this role is $21.50/hr. plus shift premium. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
