WhatYou'llDo:
Travel to customers to perform high-quality minorautomotive reconditioning activities such aspaint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques
Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection
Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions
Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations
WhatWe'reLooking For:
5+years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Great communicationskills and a customer-first mindset
Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, andlift upto 45lbs
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
