What You Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of auto painting and body experience
  • Vision abilities including close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Greatcommunicationskills to interact with customers and build accounts
  • Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation and theability to work independently
  • Toughness and gritto work outside in all kinds of weather
  • Physical staminato kneel,bend and squat, as well as liftup to 45pounds
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be between $60,000 and $80,000 annually.
