Occupational Therapist

Easterseals Crossroads provides top-quality, family-focused, innovative services tailored to meet the needs of individuals we serve. We value diversity, in all its forms, as core strengths and essential elements of our work. Easterseals Crossroads is taking applications for a skilled and well-organized occupational therapist to provide pediatric services in school-based settings. Current contract needs are for approximately 12 hours/week with potential to increase. The occupational therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat students/clients, formulate IEPs and individualized treatment programs, maintain appropriate records, and communicate with teachers, parents, and members of the student's support team about progress.

Education and experience: Must have a valid Indiana license to be considered. Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in occupational therapy preferred. Experience in schools preferred but not required. All school services delivered Monday through Friday.
