Frozen Ropes’ methodologies have been adopted by multiple Major League teams, collegiate programs, and Team USA. With state-of-the-art training centers, including the premier facility at The Rock Sports Park in Chester, NY, the company provides innovative programs like private lessons, travel teams, and specialized clinics. Frozen Ropes is dedicated to fostering athletic growth in a supportive and enriching environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Chester, NY, for a Baseball Coach. The Baseball Coach will work directly with players of all ages and skill levels, providing expert coaching in baseball techniques, strategies, and fundamentals. Responsibilities include developing tailored training plans, observing and analyzing player performance, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a positive and motivating environment. The coach will also assist in organizing and leading camps, clinics, tryouts, and team activities.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Coaching Baseball and understanding of Baseball fundamentals
  • Coaching experience with players of various skill levels and ages
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to foster positive interactions
  • Experience in Training and developing personalized plans for athlete improvement
  • Passion for youth development and a commitment to sportsmanship
  • Ability to work professionally in team settings and engage effectively with families
  • Previous experience in competitive baseball is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field is advantageous
