What will I Do?
You will work for one of Utah's most recognizable sports + entertainment brands, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans!
The Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, automation, customer journeys, managing SMS communications, A/B testing, personalization, list growth and maintenance for email and SMS platforms, and assisting with general marketing initiatives. The role is responsible for growing subscriber lists, revenues and other email, SMS and app performance metrics. The role champions the company's Mission and Vision and models the company Values.
The position will:

  • Oversee strategy and execution of email and SMS campaigns and assist with other LHMSE entities' email programs as needed.
  • Execute front-end email development utilizing strong HTML coding skills to produce best-in-class custom emails using Movio and Klayvio.
  • Create automated email campaigns that nurture guests and fans, ultimately driving revenue.
  • Email list creation, management, and optimization, plus an understanding of the CAN-SPAM Act, and email best practices.
  • Lead cross-departmental conversation focused on supporting email communications, push notifications and SMS messaging platforms to assist in meeting revenue goals.
  • Coordinate all creative requests required for emails using Asana.
  • Understand and analyze email performance metrics to adapt and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Assist with app push notification strategy and manage communications.
  • Support ticketing with various email, SMS, and lead generation software and be TCPA compliant.
  • Lead the creation and execution of email communication for guests and ticket holders.
  • Support the marketing team with general marketing campaigns and projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with the greater organization to drive strategy and experiences that align with business priorities and result in compelling brand content to drive ROI.

What are the requirements of the Job?

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred marketing or information systems background).
  • 1-3 years of marketing or email experience (sports or entertainment preferred).
  • Experience with HTML coding is a plus.
  • Experience using an email platform (Movio, Klayvio or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
  • Must be able to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess.
  • Frequent high levels of intensity and stress are associated with this position
  • Must be available days, evenings, weekends, and occasional late nights

What is the wage?
We aim to hire at a level that allows for meaningful salary growth as you thrive in your role. We generally offer a starting rate that reflects your current expertise while leaving plenty of room for future advancement. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $45,000-$55,000.
