Baseball management refers to the roles and responsibilities involved in overseeing the operations, strategy, and personnel of a baseball team or organization. This includes making decisions about player recruitment, trades, contracts, team lineups, and game strategy. Baseball managers, general managers, and other executives work together to build competitive teams, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and foster a winning culture. Their work is crucial both on and off the field, balancing athletic performance with business objectives.
