What you will do:
This is a brand new position supporting our exciting growth in our Franklin Pickleball department. We are looking for a passionate and relationship-driven Social Media Influencer & Content Coodinator to expand our presence through strategic partnerships with content creators, athletes, and influencers. This role will identify creators who align with the Franklin brand, coordinate product seeding, manage influencer relationships, and help build an engaged community across social media platforms.
The ideal candidate understands the creator economy, is passionate about social media, and knows how to identify authentic partnerships that drive brand awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
The ideal candidate will have a passion and familiarity with Pickelball and the sports community.
The position is located at our Headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a hybrid office option and will report to the Director, International Sales & Partnerships.

IN MORE DETAIL, YOU WILL:
Influencer Discovery & Outreach
  • Research and identify influencers, content creators, pickleball players, coaches, and lifestyle personalities who align with the Franklin Pickleball brand.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of micro, mid-tier, and top-tier creators.
  • Reach out to potential collaborators through email, direct messages, and other communication channels.
  • Manage the pickleball social channels
Evaluate creators based on audience demographics, engagement, content quality, and brand fit.
Product Seeding & Campaign Management
  • Coordinate product gifting and sampling programs for influencers and creators.
  • Track shipments, product requests, and creator deliverables.
  • Manage influencer agreements, campaign timelines, and communication.
  • Ensure creators receive the information and assets needed to successfully promote Franklin products.

Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with creators, athletes, ambassadors, and brand partners.
  • Maintain regular communication and identify opportunities for future collaborations.
  • Support creator events, tournaments, and product launches.

Social Media & Community Engagement
  • Monitor social media for user-generated content featuring Franklin products.
  • Engage with creators by liking, commenting, sharing, and reposting content.
  • Identify trending content and opportunities to amplify community voices.
  • Encourage authentic customer stories and community participation.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Track influencer performance, engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Measure the success of gifting campaigns and creator partnerships.
  • Maintain influencer databases and campaign reports.
  • Recommend strategies to improve creator ROI and overall social media growt
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • Bachelor's degree required with a focus in marketing
  • 0-3 years of experience in Social Media Content or applicable internships, ideally with a consumer or sporting goods company

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE/ESSENTIAL TO THE ROLE:
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
  • Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
  • Experience using influencer discovery or CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Passion for pickleball and familiarity with the sport's community.
  • Existing relationships with sports, fitness, or lifestyle creators.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing or ambassador programs.
  • Knowledge of influencer contracts, FTC guidelines, and sponsored content best practices.
  • Experience working with sports or consumer product brands.

LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:
NON EXEMPT: Interact regularly and follow up with internal and external parties based on direction of management, presents information for decision making to manager, and the ability to independently follow up on pending item and to manage their own daily tasks and projects as assigned by management.

This position does not supervise employees.

For this role, the pay range is $57000 - $63,000 annually, which is what we reasonably expect to offer when filling the position. Your actual offer will depend on things like your experience, skills, and what you bring to the team.
