Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is looking for an Assessment Coordinator, Stickers, to support our Autograph Operations team. This role reports into our Sticker Assessment Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring sticker autos are accurately accounted for by program. This role additionally plays a direct part in the finalization and packout of products for Fanatics Collectibles. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit.
Responsibilities:
  • Conducts analysis of sticker autographs post-quality control before data entry into Cards-in Reporting base.
  • Deliver stickers to manufacturing partners on-time to ensure programs are completed on schedule.
  • Physically pull and systematically slate stickers to reserve for products based on program and subject-level priorities.
  • Communicate needed adjustments or program-level updates to internal and external stakeholders including product development, athlete partnerships, and project management.
  • Work with sticker coordinator team to manage workload of products spanning multiple officially licensed verticals including: baseball, basketball, football, F1, soccer, entertainment, and others.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance or a relatable field, required
  • 2-3 years' experience in warehouse or production environments, specifically related to inventory management or quality control
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient experience with Oracle or equivalent ERP's, strongly preferred
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to sit and focus on a computer screen for extended periods of time
